Return Window & Type of Refund
- Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only.
- No refunds to original payment methods. Store credit is applied to your FabYou Clothing account.
Item Condition Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
- Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original box/packaging (box placed inside a protective outer mailer).
- Include any accessories and warranty cards (if applicable).
Final Sale (Not Returnable)
- Sale/markdown items
- Vintage items
- Custom, personalized, or DTF-printed items (unless defective)
USA Returns Only
Returns are available to USA customers only for orders shipped within the USA and returned from within the USA.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Weโll make it right.
How to Start a Return
- Submit a return request: Start your return (insert your portal link or email).
- After approval, youโll receive return instructions.
- Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage.
- Once received and inspected, weโll issue store credit to your account.
Processing Time
Please allow 3โ5 business days after your return is delivered for inspection and store credit to be applied.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customerโs responsibility, unless we made an error or the item is defective.
