3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing/shipping information. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors).

Payments are processed securely by trusted third parties (e.g., WooCommerce Payments, Stripe, PayPal). FabYou Clothing does not store full credit/debit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times are shown on product pages or our policy pages. Delivery timeframes vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns are accepted for eligible items under our Refund & Return Policy. Custom/personalized items and final-sale items are generally not returnable except for manufacturing defects.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions and coupon codes are time-limited and may have restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined and must be entered at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with site security or operations;
• Scrape, harvest, or copy content or data without permission;
• Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content;

We strive for accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and imagery, but minor variations (e.g., color due to screens/printing) may occur. Please follow provided care instructions; FabYou Clothing is not responsible for damage due to improper care (e.g., washing/drying outside instructions).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FabYou Clothing LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
